What You’ll Do:

• Inspire and Develop Your Team: Coach, support, and mentor a team of SAP professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP solutions are laser-focused on real business needs, keeping the end-user at the center of every solution.
• Innovate in Service Delivery: Lead the charge in delivering top-tier support across the SAP suite, ensuring systems are ahead in reliability and performance.
• Resource Management: Coordinate internal and external resources, including third-party providers, to guarantee that service levels are not just met but exceeded.
• Engage with Stakeholders: Actively communicate with internal teams, providing updates and coordinating action on SAP-related challenges.
• Resolve Complex Issues: Provide expert leadership in resolving high-impact technical challenges, leveraging your SAP knowledge to drive solutions.
• Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Serve as a technical authority within project teams, guiding technical talent and collaborating with stakeholders for successful outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Leadership & Innovation: At least 3+ years in SAP leadership with a track record of successful team growth and SAP delivery.
• Core SAP Expertise: 5+ years of functional or consulting experience in S/4HANA, with expertise in key modules.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication abilities with a knack for influencing outcomes and building strong, collaborative relationships.
• Future-Ready Mindset: A bachelor’s degree in computer science and experience in Manufacturing, Production, or Supply Chain are a plus, positioning you to lead with industry insight.
