About the Role | What You’ll Be Doing

• Build digital readiness, capability, and confidence across diverse teams.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality learning experiences aligned with governance standards.
• Guide individuals through change using innovative training tools and techniques.
• Create engaging learning content using modern technologies.
• Foster relationships and collaborate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

About You | Who We’re Looking For

You’re a creative problem-solver with a passion for adult learning and instructional design. You’ll bring:

• Experience: 7+ years in adult learning or instructional design and at least 5 years developing and delivering training programs.
• Skills: Expertise in creating blended learning approaches and assessing training needs.
• Relationship Building: An ability to connect with people across generations and cultures.
• Innovation: A desire to introduce new techniques and elevate the learning experience.

Your proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment will make you a key contributor to this exciting role.
