SAP consultant jobs.

SAP consulting is not one job. A FICO consultant embedded in a finance transformation, an ABAP developer on a custom extension, and a solution architect owning a global template are three different careers with three different markets.

We recruit across all of them, and we will only put you forward for roles that genuinely match your module depth, your industry exposure and the way you like to work.

ALL VACANCIES
01

Functional consulting

FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM, WM, HCM and SuccessFactors consultants remain the backbone of SAP delivery. Clients increasingly want configuration depth combined with process ownership — someone who can challenge a business requirement, not just record it.

S/4HANA experience is now expected rather than exceptional, but genuine migration delivery carries far more weight than a certification alone.

02

Technical and integration consulting

ABAP, BASIS, CPI, BTP, Fiori/UI5 and BW/4HANA specialists sit at the centre of most modern SAP programmes. Clean-core strategy has pushed demand towards integration and extension skills, and away from heavy custom modification.

If you can demonstrate that you have worked within a clean-core or BTP extension model, say so clearly — it moves your profile to the top of a shortlist quickly.

03

Architecture and delivery leadership

Solution architects, programme managers and delivery leads are the hardest roles to fill in this market, and the least responsive to keyword matching. These hires are made on evidence: programme scale, stakeholder complexity, and what you personally owned.

We spend real time on these briefs, because a bad senior hire is expensive for everyone involved.

04

How to strengthen an SAP application

Lead with delivery, not job titles. Name the modules you configured, the release you worked on, the size of the programme and your specific responsibility. A CV that says "SAP consultant, 5 years" tells a hiring manager nothing.

Be precise about contract vs permanent preference and about notice periods. Ambiguity is the most common reason a strong candidate loses momentum.

Common questions

What does an SAP consultant do?

An SAP consultant translates business requirements into SAP configuration, extension or integration work. Functional consultants own process design and configuration within a module; technical consultants build and maintain the underlying code, interfaces and platform; architects own the overall solution design across modules and systems.

Do I need S/4HANA experience to get an SAP job?

It helps considerably, but it is not the only route in. Clients value deep module expertise and proven delivery, and many will consider strong ECC consultants who can demonstrate migration or upgrade exposure. Be explicit about the releases you have worked on.
